It is a pleasure to introduce myself to you as well as provide you with valuable information regarding my skills, talent and vision. My name is Richard “Chef” Austin and I have been providing various culinary services across the country and abroad for over twenty years. I take pride in exemplifying leadership qualities and professionalism backed by a consistent, verifiable record of achievements.

My culinary expertise has allowed me to explore and become very proficient as a business owner, culinary instructor, director, manager, personal chef, caterer and trainer. I have completed and prevailed in over forty culinary competitions specializing in a wide range of cultural cuisines, such as Cajun, Italian, Oriental, Soul/Southern Cooking, and Latin.

In addition, I have been featured in seven major magazines, nineteen news articles, and two cookbooks. I have been featured on Comcast Cable Network, Diane Reed Show, Rejoice 104.1/radio cooking show and many guest appearances including the University of Georgia Health Systems. Presently, I am the owner of Chef Austin’s Southern Cooking and Catering, Cooking with Chef Austin, internet cooking show, Chef Austin’s Seasonings, and Chef Austin Personal Chef Services. I am also preparing for my very own television cooking show and the release of two cookbooks. As I continue to provide life changing experiences to all by way of culinary techniques, skills and training, I want to be an inspiration to every household.
